Ordered my camera on Friday Jan 4. My order qualified for free shipping. Nothing in my email so I called. They wouldn't ship til Monday. I called on Monday camera still not shipped. I asked to change the shipping so I could expedite.in true New York fashion, the customer service woman was rude and said I couldn't change it because it was with the thousands of other boxes being shipped. I didn't order from them for the free shipping. I wanted my new Olympus camera asap. Friday, of next week. Fedex Ground said today. I called they said tomorrow. Oh my gosh. Don't do their free shipping. Your time is money and it is not free shipping, it is bad customer service, and misleading customers that free shipping is a bonus. Bull crap. I am totally dissatisfied. Will never order from them again. I write this to warn other potential dissatisfieds.
