I bought a new refrigerator from Sears in November. It was delivered only after waiting all day and the delivery people cancelled but never let us know. When it arrived the next day, it had a dent in the door. So, we had to order another one. Through a series of rescheduling and waiting and no one calling to let us know one way or another we still have not received the new one. It's February. We are still having trouble getting them to deliver the product.
