Saturn of Fairfax misdiagnosed my vehicle problem, which lead to complete failure of the particular part on the way home from the service station. This is even after adding on additional charges and repairs after their initial estimate for which they could not justify. Of course, when I called they gave me a hard time and told me it would require new fees. It was later revealed by a third-party inspection of the parts that they had misdiagnosed the problem and actually damaged the vehicle. It was also found that they violated several of my state consumer rights. No consumer should be held liable for a product or service that was not provided.
