It took over 30 minutes for a customer service rep (no doubt in India or somewhere like that) to answer a simple question: "Can two magic jack s work on the same computer?"
It wasn't until she had me call myself on both magic jacks that she then concluded; "I guess no for two." or some response like that.
I would not recommend any business to get this system if they intend to have a reliable phone system with adequate customer service help. It takes a committed person to sift through the maze of "stuff" on Magic Jack's website just to figure out how to get help.
I had recommended Magic Jack to several friends that I have just sent emails to telling them what happened to me. The concept is good, but the actual application has much to be desired.
