Imall is a dishonest company. When i looked at hiring a car for our family holiday i went through Imall. They did not tell me they were an agent for another rental mob, this added almost $100.00 to my car hire. When i made the booking i wanted to pay the hire cost in full so that would be out of the way. I was told all they needed was a deposit and that i had to pay the full amount when i picked up the car. I got an email about a week before we left from Andy's car rental saying we still owed the full amount. When i rang up and inquired i was told that it was their commission. I was outraged and furious. That 's why they didn't want payment in full - it wasn't their money. Be wary on-line ask and make sure there are no hidden costs.
