Dear sirs: on saturday 11/13,31.41 pm i purchase gas fromsaratoga chevron station at 1704 saratoga ave., san jose, ca / station # 00091325. There was misleading ad.indicating free car wash. I noticed that $10.00 was charched on my credit card for car wash. When i tried to wash my car, i failed and when i triede to drive back i was blocked by other car behind me. So i drived out of the car wash station. I explained the event to the person in - charge he asked me to see the manager next monday. Today i talked with the manager about this event she asked me to come to the station next day. When i told her if possible to mail the reipt to her she refused and was talking with me rudely and she hang up. This impolite behavior is an insult to me.
