On July 3 I used the on premis car wash and was shocked to see that the car wash machine had damaged my vehicle. I reported the incident to the onsite Manager and was told I would get a call within a day or so to discuss the incident. Well 17 days later and 5 phone calls from me to the gas station and my issue is still unresolved. I can't even get the owner to call or address this accident caused by his machine. I would stay clear of this gas station, there are better customer friendly places to go in my opinion.
