I paid 6.99 for a full car wash package, but during the car wash noticed that only half of the expected services were performed. For example, no foam wash, no sprinkle, etc. I asked the man behind the counter if he knew whether the machine was working probably, and he was very rude. He never made eye contact, just shrugged and said no one else had complained, and proceeded to ignore me. I asked him if he was sure he had given me the right package I had asked for, and he took my ticket from my hand and pointed to the price, as if because it read 6.99 it meant I had the right package. Then he looked away and started doing other work at the counter. He didn't bother to check the machine, check his settings, any thing to suggest he cared. I feel like I was over-charged/robbed for a higher priced car wash than what I got. Any one else have a similar problem at this gas station? Intersection of Inwood and Cedar Springs, in Dallas, TX.
