Just over the year warranty and #1 the wireless was a constant problem as everytime I left home with my laptop and then returned the wireless wouldn't work unless I connected it back up USB and reran the setup. Now I put a legal sheet on the copy and it won't do anything as the little drive gear was not connected due to the legal paper covering it. If that trashes a copier then I aggeee with most no more HP period. Same with a computer I bought from them and thats another story.
