Have ordered for years from them with no problem whatsoever. This time ordered on 10/26, never reieived email. Checked website and it says shipped 10/28 and to click on upper right side to track. When I click it coves up Naparax shipping and to track, call the number shown. I call, nobody returns the call. Called Smoke's back and they said on website shows can take 5 weeks to deliver, so they feel there is not a problem. I paid 17.50 in shipping costs thinking it would come by US Mail instead it is Naparax which Smoke's said is the only way that cigs can be shipped now. Tried doing search for Naparax and nothing comes up. What the heck is going on?
