On Jan 11, I placed an order over the phone with Smokes & Spirits and they withdrew the money from my checking acct that day. It is now Feb 18 and after taking to the each week for 3 weeks I still don't have my order. For 3 weeks now they have had an inquiry into RPS, the delivery company. They have had no response from them. I was told that I can not get a refund until they receive info from RPS!
P.S. The drop down year on this form only goes to 2012!!
