Ordered 6/17 with e-check, check cleared my bank 6/17 - 6/21 order still not shipped, sent e-mail, 6/22 order still not shipped, no response to previous e-mail, sent another e-mail and called phone number 8 times. On 6/23 called bank, advised them of situation, they are filing a claim against smoke-spirits and advised me not to order from them again, as they have had numerous problems from many customers with them not shipping, shipping stale cigarettes and tobaccco products and not responding to e-mails from customers or banks.
