The manager is not doing his job well

I went to the stater bros store that is in warner av in fountain valley I get a allergic medicine I saw the price but went I get to the cashier was another price I told the cashier name sue that under the product showed different price she called the manager while she sent a bags boy to check the price. The bags boy went and he took the price tag and told the cashier yes is the price that she said but has diffident bar-code the cashier told me everybody make mistakes at this time the manager came and the cashier told him what happened the cashier took the place of the manager because she said mistake happens and we cannot give that price. The manager just open his mouth to tell the bags boy to return the product he didn't said sorry why this manager is there if others do his job? His name is Dave Salaza
