I enrolled in a camp, and then subsequently cancelled my registration 2 1/2 months prior to the camp. I spoke with Pete Dardis, the owner/director of the company. He confirmed that there is a waiting list, and that my vacated spot would be filled. Thus not having any adverse impact on the camp. Yet he is keeping $350.00 of my $650.00 payment. At this ppoint, he is going to collect $650.00 from the new enrollee. It is unjustifiable, and should not be legal to keep such a large sum. I can understand a small administrative fee for any inconvenience. I look forward to your response.
