I bought my son a ticket i made it so he could'nt return it from modesto california to wichita kansas he missed his 1st bus so i called they stated he could change the ticket for 15.00 dollars when he left so a couple days later my son was gonna leave the very same day he went to jail whole reason i bought him a ticket was trying to help him change his life well i call them they state he has to pick up ticket because i bought him a non refundable ticket there was no way he possible could he was in jail. Now they are refusing to reissue a ticket or give me my money back. I had to buy it that way so he could'nt return it but that affected me also so i could'nt so more or less greyhound uses things like this to steal peoples money. Which i have very little of i know they have struggled to make their company profitable but having a valid way of stealing peoples money is still wrong it is still stealing in my opinion i will never use grey hound again in the rest of my life time i will also pass that down to my children and my childrens children greyhound are theifs no matter what you call it they found a legal way to steal from the poor. Because if we were'nt poor we wouldnt be using grey hound.
