Customer service as well as follow up/maintenance with Hearthside Direct has always been phenomenal. We have gas logs, which we absolutely love! I would never make it throughout the winter without them. When it came time to do the annual cleaning, we made the call, scheduled the appointment and as always they went above and beyond to take care of us. Give them a call if you need new Gas Logs! You won't be disappointed.
