My order arrived with a missing fire log. I contacted Hearthside and within a week the factory delivered a complete set of replacement logs. When I discovered that the replacement was the wrong set I called Hearthside customer service who arranged pickup for the wrong logs and within days I received the correct logs. I was pleased with this company and would definitely shop here again.
