We bought our logs from Hearthside a couple of years ago and had a great experience. One of our logs arrived damaged and they were quick to respond. They sent us out a new log with no questions asked and didn't even make us go through the hassle of boxing up the damaged one to sent back. We are putting in another fireplace on our third floor this winter and will definitely use them again.
