We purchased our Real-Frye gas fireplace log set back in 2002 and have enjoyed hours of use since. We were so pleased with the gas fireplace log set that the following year we purchased a set for my parents who reside at Cape Cod. When my parent's gas log set was delivered, one of the ceramic logs was cracked. A quick telephone call and the problem was corrected immediately.
