I called mcdonalds a month ago to make a complaint, the manager i spoke to was named vince or vincent. Two days later i went back to mcdonalds. I spoke to the manager there at the time named geoff. I told him about me calling and if vincent was there. He said to me, "there is no vince here." unbelievable! He then said, "the name doesnt matter just the problem!" i visit mcdonalds here and there and this geoff manager doesnt show but rudeness to me! Wow! Bravo! One time my friend and me went back there and my friend said hello to him. Geoff didnt even say hello back. Wow so rude
