I can't imagine a Manager who's behavior is very very harsh and rude to customers. I have a very very bad experience with this kind of manager how he treated me very rudely. I placed an order to Mcdonalds today. The order was taken smoothly but when the time of delivering the orders I was not able to get their call immediately. Granting that it was the customer's shorthcoming to answer the call immediately, these crew has no right to give a very long and rude lecture over the phone on why I am not answering their call back; besides, the way of this manager's approach was so harsh and in argumentative way. My point is, i have fallen short of responding back, but to received a very bad treatment from a very rude manager is unfair. If all Macdonalds manager will behave like this, it is totally unfair on the all the side of the customers.
