Me& my friends went to BK Restaurant #10465,110 SW 41st St, Renton, WA 98055 on his cashier named HUGO, forgot my orders & I ended up going 3x to the front to order 3x for the items he forgot. On the salad, they forgot to include the cruotons, went back to our table & noticed that HUGO forgot to punch in a soda. 3rd, we asked for the explanation of the $4.89 meal (what's included on it), & he SARCASTICALLY told us to go back the next day so he can have someone to explain it to us. When asked for his name, he refused to. The managament needs to hire an employee that has a GOOD customer service & one who does not ARGUE w / customers who just wants to clarify things. On top of it, he was punching items / numbers that we did not ordered. Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. Very rude.
