I ordered a Burger King salad on 8/14 in Dallas, Oregon. The lettuce looked old and dirty, was wilted, the shredded carrots had a white coating on them and the tomatoes were limp. I had to go back and ask for my grilled chicken because they "forgot". The workers acted irritated because I asked (for dietary reasons) to have the cheese on the side. It was disgusting. Nothing like the picture they advertise.
