Hello, i called to get internet service, i had to pay via credit card. The first payment was 25.95 to get the internet hooked up. While i was on the phone with tech support they then tell me it was dial up internet, which if i had known, i never would have signed up. After it took a half hour the internet did not even end up working. I told the tech support to transfer my call so i could get a refund. I then was on hold with customer service for a half hour. I then called customer sercive from my mothers landline, my cell phone, and my sisters cell phone to get a hold of someone, after an hour of being on hold from all three phones, i had to leave to come to my sisters so i could use her computer for my college class online. At this time i still have my phone on speaker phone, still on hold. About an hour later someone answered and we talked about me getting a refund, she said i had to email the website, which does not make sense. And ask for a cancellation, then i had to request a refund, which i shouldnt have to do. I tryed to email the email address she gave me and come to find out it couldnt send because it is not a real adress. The lady also told me the cancellation would take 30 days which is a lie, they are just trying to make me have to pay the 25.95 for that month. All i wanted was a refund so that i could try to get a different internet so i can do my online classes. I would really really really greatly appreciate this to get resolved.
