If you have considered buying a car from this dealership don't. They have poor customer service and do not stand behind their product. We purchased a
2002 dodge stratus from jd, and less than a year the engine had to be replaced, they do not provide any services, towing, loaner cars. We had to continue paying a car note, renting a car while the car was being repaired plus pay for the engine being replaced. We asked if they would allow us to put a note at the end of the loan, we were told "no" we asked if we could trade the car, we were told "no" because we had not had the car long enough. The warranty had expired, now the car is having transmission problems because when they installed the engine that did not make the proper adjustments to the transmission. Now we are w/o a car again, we have to pay to have it towed back to the dealership, plus car note, plus try to figure out how we are going to get to work for at least another week. Can't afford another rental.
They prey upon honest people that may have credit challenges and need a second chance. They will put you in a car, but don't look for it to be reliable or for them to work with you, when it breaks down. I say run. Walk away
