I too have had nothing but a headache runaround kind of day with Sears. I just bought my washer yesterday and it worked for half a wash cycle and then nothing. I called the 800 number and they said they could send someone to "repair" it on Thursday... 4 days from the day I bought it new! I told them that was unacceptable because it was a new washer and I should get a new one to replace the one I just paid $450.00 for, not get a repair.in order for me to have the one that doesn't work picked up and a new one brought to my house, I have to pay 65.00 because originally I picked up the item, I did not pay for delivery service, but even doing that I had to wait until Thursday.in order for me to get a replacement same day, I have to take the not working item back myself and pick up the new item again. What ever happened to customer service?!?!?!?! When I asked for a number so I could complain, I was even given the runaround on that! Sears stinks and I will make sure everyone I know and come in contact with will know!
