How can the Division of Water get away with applying a $7 customer service charge to every bill? In 17 years I have never used their customer service.
Why stop at $7? Why not $70, or $700? The water company apparently is completely free to rape its customers since they know we have no alternatives for our water supply.
They can do whatever they want and no one is going to stop them.
