The rude greedy old man at the Simi valley store has no customer service training, and can care less about what customers need; he just wants to make a quick sale.
I took a sample of my pool water, he simply yelled 'what'ya want me to do with this!'; I replied I needed a water test. Apparently the 'pool water sample bottle' I handed him was not self explanatory.
He put a chlorine test strip, then threw the water out, while barking I had to much chlorine and I should bring my water when it was all ok... Isn't that the purpose of the water test and why they provide customers with 'leslie's pool bottle's'???
