Hewlett-Packard customer service is a nightmare - Customer Service

My husband has been on the phone with their support to try to fix his laptop that he uses for his business for 2 hours and still is not getting anywhere with them. They want $99 to help him. What ever happened to customer service. I know that from what he has gone thru tonight we will NEVER buy another HP product. There are so many other companies out there selling computers to pick from. Every person that he has talked to has been so nasty and in another country. So I take it that if you are nasty then look for a job with HP. Now they are refusing to put a supervisor on the phone. They have a week off. What a joke this company is to deal with. These people need to really work on keeping their job as they are so nasty that they will not keep a job with a real company. The best joke of it all is that he fixed it himself as something was jamming the keys and keeping the keyboard from working. HP did not get $99 from him either. The so nasty support guy on the phone completely refused to get a supervisor on the phone. Well at the end all I have to say is I hope that everyone at HP has a wonderful day as I know my husband and I will after finding out how nasty and unhelpful the support system is for HP unless you want to give them more money.
