This company is obviously about to go bankrupt. I have been a customer for 5 years and have been unable to use my account the last 3 months. I called to request a refund and was informed that might account has expired (with over $200 left in it). Operator stated that this is a policy change. However, customers were not contacted with any new policy changes. After 45 minutes of being shuffled from one person to the other, service rep stated that there are no supervisors available to handle this complaint. I called the number again and asked for a supervisor and was directed to same person who I spoke to a few minutes earlier. She denied that she has any control over this and stated that she is not a supervisor but a "senior customer service rep". I recommend you get your money out of this company. A few Google company you'll find out that they have a lawsuit against him for failure to file appropriate documentations for international telecommunication business since 2002. Recent sale of company is probably a coy to avoid paying penalties.
