Omniat wonnt refund my money - long distance to middleast

Hello,

I have an account with Omniat for long distance for over two years and they have closed my account and expired it as they said. I asked for a refund of my $120 dollars but they wonnt refund. They have claim they have a three month expiration policy, which was never communicated with me before. I am calling them but they are not responding. Please help.
