I have an account with Omniat for over two years now. Their long distance service quality is very sketchy, and recently have been using other services. I had an amount of $120 with them which I have not used for about 4 months and they refuse to refund it or give me calling credit for it. I called them many times and they refuse claiming the account has expired. I told them you never mentioned anything about expiry dates nor communicted that to me before. Please help
