Magic Jack
You get what you pay fo

It's dirt cheap but does work most the time. It has some real ennoy issues tho.

Sometimes it don't connect the call.
Sometimes I get dropped from my call.
I constantly hear beeps when nobody is call me.
The pin for my voicemail and options keeps reseting itself.
The voicemail number of rings can't be changed or I just can't find how. I much rather use my ansering machine but the VM picks up too fast.

So its the worst service but its by far the cheapest.
