The voicemail service on the magic jack does not respond at all. Simply NOT working. Cannot access or hear or delete messages. The agent on so called live chat took up a lot of my time and then disconnected me when I said the method he suggested would not work. A lazy useless agent. The tic number was LTk3F40160428021 (wrote as fast as I could before he disconnected)
