1/2 of$1600 is not $950 plus utilities. Signing a lease means adhering to the terms of the lease. Taking money from Harvard as part of a scholarship package means you should live in the apt you're getting money for - not at your boyfriend's house. Lying on the Harvard Housing web site to trick unsuspecting Harvard students is a no no too, Angela Kou. Saying that u don't work when you have a job at the Marcus Lab takes lying up a notch
Charging for utilities like phone service and a furnished apt means having a phone and furniture available for the room ate who paid use to use these things. Last by not least, when you tell someone they have a place to live, means that they need to be listed as a subleter on your lease and approved by the landlord. To be on your lease - the least has to actually be renewed to continue living there.
