Over all, we are quite happy. My only "complaint" is I could have the convenience and simplicity of using my own answer machine if the magic Jack could be "adjusted" to 5 rings. Seems like it could ease their burden of having to e-mail me messages please consider this for future software sincerely james H. McKean
