Ripoff, charged my credit union 14.95 for three months and won't cancel or help me INTRNET

I wanted to get my credit report on line so i went to consumer credit web site. I sighned up for the free credit report.

I never could access the report so i called and cancelled. On my bank statement i noticed a 14.95 charge coming out of my accvount from a company called privacy plus who i never was involved with.

So i called consumer info and they wouldn't help me. They wanted the number of my credit card to trace the charge. Pretty fishy. I knew i was being ripped-off at this time. How do i get my money back and stop them from stealing more? Consumer info started this and won't help fix it.
