CIC Credit Monitor SVC ripoff Charged me $79.95 for a free credit report on my charge card without knowing about the additional charge consumer fraud ripoff

I got a free credit report and then was charged $24.95 for the report. I got my charge statement and noticed a charge for $79.95 under the CIC Credit Monitor and I have not asked to under any monitor. I am not paying this amount on my charge account. This is a plain rip-off and they did nothing to let the consumer know about the additional charges or anything else.
