The service was so awful i cannot give it any rating. I was looking for a vehicle and after some time a person came over. I asked about the year and the mileage. He wasnt sure about mileage. There were three cracks in bumper that i had pointed out and he told me have a nice day and to leave. I asked his name and he refused. I asked for his manager and he said he wasnt there. He said he didnt sell to "my kind" and decided to help a couple of gentlemen. He then proceeded to insult my appearance. He threatened to call the police on me. As i was getting in my vehicle, another person who identified himself as "the owner" apologized for his behavior all the while making excuses that he was having a bad day, he thought i was a "spy" from another used car lot, etc. The owner said he would be more than happy to assist me. A short time later, a police officer came on the property and stated that it was not a good idea to call 911 from the property and hang up. The rude employee then came over and proceeded to lie to the policeman and told him he did not call, that i had called. He also pointed at me and stated i was a pathological liar. The police officer then checked his phone and confirmed that the call came from the employee, not me. The owner stated that he was helping me and that the officer was not needed. The officer left the property. The owner then told asked me which vehicle i was intersted in and stated the employee would just be involved in the paperwork. I asked owner if this salesperzon would still get commission and owner responded, yes, he would still pay the employee for the sale. I told him i woukd not do business and that employee would not be rewarded for his extremely discriminatory behavior. This place does not exemplify the values that this community tries to instill and if the owner does not terminate this employee, he is as guilty of the bad behavior as his employee.
