I wanted to order this product. On the information they showed the said that I could pay for it in three easy payments. But when I was going to cancel the order online, it went thru. I then called to cancel the order cause they charged my card right away. Then then told me that I would have to call the following day cause they did not have the order yet. I asked why did they charge my account for the order? She said that she could not help me but and that I had to call the following day. Today when I called, they told me that they were sorry but that the order was processed first thing this morning and that it was already sent out. I was told that they would have to waite to credit my account until they receive their product back from the shipper. It could take 2 to 3 weeks. I know have to cancell my credit card to stop the charges. I think they designed the order page to not give you a chance to change your mind after you start to order. Maybe it was just a glitch, but eighter way they were not to helpful to assist the customer. They just wanted to sell there product.
