On May 24 I paid my Dell financial services account in full. I receved confimation emails from Dell and no further communication until this last week when a note arrived showing additionals charges of 15.00 each. Which appear to be some sort of monthly penalty. I was assured the amount that was provided to me by the collection was correct and I beleive a late charge was waived. I have no intention of paying another dime. And will report to the Federal Fair Trade commission if I do not reciver documentation that the matter is resolved with in thirty days.
