What happened to Customer Service? I would think that BofA would have better service. I have been a customer for 10 years and I cannot wait to go and close my accounts. I was told that there was no reason to speak with a Supervisor as "authority couldn't do anything for me". I had to demand to speak with a Supervisor 12x's before I was transferred. Then when I did get to her, she told me she would take care of something that today they tell me she didn't make any notes of.in fact, the system showed that I couldn't verify my account, so I must have not spoken with anyone. Today, after speaking to another so-called Supervisor, when I asked to speak to someone who could help me, she stated that there was nobody else for me to talk to. Nobody in the whole flipping company?
I would never reccomend them and I can't wait to find a new bank!
