DirecPath's Residential Internet Is Inferio

I wish DirecPath would give high speed internet capability to residential users. DirecPath won't allow me to have a faster internet connection. For $39.95/mo., I should be getting the maximum speed available. They reserve the higher speed only for businesses. I feel like the tortoise in the commercial who uses slow dial-up. My livelihood requires internet access & a VOIP phone. Additionally, I view all of my TV & movie watching from the net. Since I'm not able to watch Hulu or Netflix tonight, I am writing this review. At least every 2 weeks, my service is interrupted, and for almost 24 hours I cannot use the VOIP phone or the internet, both of which I need for my livelihood. It seems like they either lose the connection at their end or they do line maintenance at peek hours. I never had this problem with Comcast, but the laws & my complex prohibit my being able to choose an internet provider that will give me unlimited internet.
