Fraud by the Calcutta Telephones

Calcutta Telephones all glorified titled employees did not bother to fix their internet faults and billed me extravagantly as they pleased.

I took them to the Consumer redressal Forum, West Bengal, India and the Consumer redressal Forum after 2 years of running around by me and my advocate asked the Calcutta Telephones to have an Arbitration done with me.

In line with the Ministry of Telecommunication, Govt. Of India's directive I forwarded all my papers to all glorified titled employees of Calcutta Telephones in 2009.

Nobody acknowledged my papers and everybody is just sitting on their back back giving a damn abou the haunted (by Calcutta Telephones) customer, i. E me.

Can you make them to make a move and come for arbitration.

And, from experience, if I have to go to Indian court again, as the state of affair it may never never be settled in my life time.

I am only 73.
