E-connection of land line phone

On June 19 i tried to transfer my land line phone to a cell phone#. On June 26th the cell phone was cancled, The cell phone company contacted qwest to cancle the order of the phone #, On july 5th I called qwest customer service and was told they had no notice of the cancleation, Again the request was made to port over my old phone and re-connect the home phone. I was told this would take 7-9 business days. On July 11th i called customer service again and again no record of the previous transaction again i went to the process of requesting the old phone # ported from the cell phone co and have the home phone Line re-connected. I received a confirmation #c69883006, and was told the phone would be contected by July 16th. I called again on July 16th and after an hour of the run around i was told by Jason - a supervisor that the department that could expadite the order was closed, He also informed me there is no record of any previous orders to have the phone # ported back to them so my home phone could be reconneced and again the own order was going to take another 7-9 working days!!!
