To whom it may concern, I was once a equity one customer for approx. 4 years or more and enjoyed doing business with them paid my payments on time, the economy was in good shape, never once did equity one call me if i had a late payment actually they did once they called to ask if there was something they could do to help me, like defer a payment so that it wouldn't be late, which my family thought that was a great company with they're customers in mind. Well after your company bought out equity one according to one of reps, the customer service went to the dogs, I was late on one payment and i got a call maybe a day or two after the payment was due not to be ask if yall could help but to demand a payment from a rude person telling me you need do something about this, i did i made a payment, again i was late and the phone call came again with another rude conversation (where is my money) i tried to explain that the economy has started to effect my family i was sorry for the delay and i was trying i defer a truck payment so that i could pay this rude person, well now im 2 months past due which they now want to take my boat ive been paying on for 5 years. Just doesnt seem right that this would happen after 5 years. No solution from your company no compassion... No nothing. You'll sell the boat for what ever and make me pay for the balance because of two past due payments of 354.00 just not right. I would never had borrowed this money if i knew the economy would crash. Hopefully you can find a solution for me and not ask for the entire amount due or we will repo your boat because i dont have it (full amount) I would wish this complaint/review go to the highest level in this company for some type of resolution instead of just repo it Thank You Eric Foste
