On oct 15 around 7pm me and my adult son went there to have a dinner together after work. After we ordered our food my sons food came right away, but not mind. My son was done eating by the time I got my food. I asked for a smothie drink with my food & got a milk shake. I said I did not ask for that & was told we thought this is what you wanted. The guy told I geuss his boss and she said put it back for the next (customer?) that did not sound to good. I waited and waited for about 15 minutes and was being told its coming an other 10 minutes later was told we are out of them (what?) I wasnt told from the first time. I could of ask for something else and had dinner with my son. Mind you I was standing at the counter all this time after coming from work from standing all day. I was pretty upset. Then I keep asking so what happens now the guy said I dont know my boss is in the back on the phone with a customer now. What about me I am a customer that has been waiting for 1/2 a hour for a silly drink. I told the guy to go to the back and tell the boss I want my money back and a free drink. So he did and out come 3 people almost stepping all over each other to try and get my drink and money back. I was just hungry and tried and looking forward to having a nice little dinner with my son. It just turned out to be a terrible evening
