I made reservations for my Son's 25th birthday dinner on June 8th for 5pm. The waitress came right over and took our drink and food orders. After this we never saw her again. A man brought our food to us. After sitting there for 30 minutes with a wrong dinner and empty drink glasses, I went in search of the Manager. He said our waitress had gotten sick and went home. The waitress that was suppose to take over our table was never informed so ignored us.
The manager offered to correct my dinner, but by that time (45 minutes later) my Son was through and just wanted to go..
The only compensation we got was 2 child size mini sundaes the size of a golf ball. I don't get to go to dinner with my Son very often now that he's older, and his birthday was ruined. I was also charged full price for the whole evening and an no apology. BLAH!!!
