My wife and I took our kids out to a nice dinner before our 30 min. Drive home from work on Feb. 18. We went to the Applebees bar and grill on central ave in Sylvania Ohio. When our food came out my one sons food was wrong, and my food was so cold that it felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. They took my sons food back and remade it, so he got what he ordered. As far as my food the waiter took it back and brought it right back out after they put it in the microwave. I asked him how they remade my food so fast and he told me that he was given someone elses food, but when I looked at my food it still had the same fingerprints from me touching it. The waiter also told me that he was sorry but the two managers on duty were to busy in the kitchen to come out and talk to me. So I let my wife and sons finish there food so we could leave. On my way out I stopped at the hostess station and asked for their corperate phone number. She asked me if everything was ok and I told her no. I told her what had happened. She then asked if I would like to talk to a manager, I told her that he did not have the time to talk to me when the problem happened so why would he have time for me now. About one minute later the manager came out. He asked how he could help and I told him the only way he could help is to give me the phone number I wanted. He told me he could not give me that phone number but he would like to remake my food. I Told him I did not want my food remade my family was done eating and ready to go home. He then told me he could make me a to go box and that realy upset me. I told him that if I wanted to eat reheated food I could have just eaten what they served me. So seeing he would not give me the number my family left very upset. I think it is realy sad that when you take your family out to eat and you go away hungry and upset that is very poor service.
