We were given a certificate to complete and send in with money to reserve our "free" trip to Hawaii. I had placed several phone calls and never heard back, previous to my sending out the money and certificate. I did some research and found out that the mailing address was to "The UPS Store", so the company had no formal office. I had also read there may had been a freud but it was one complaint from one person. I finally contacted the person who gave us the certificate and they felt confident in the company and send it in, they said we hold true to what we give, we back it. We sent it in, with much hesitation, we felt uncomfortable regarding the situation but they assured us it was fine. We sent it in, we never heard back, I continued to call and still no answer or return. I contacted the people who gave us the certificate and they looked into it and called us back to inform us that it was indeed a freud and they would see if we can get our money back.
